Simple counts can be quoted right over the phone, while larger or more complex homes get an in-person look for accuracy. From there you get a clear, honest estimate, and a deposit reserves your date.
Scheduling and the Day-Before Heads-Up
Once the deposit is in, we set the date and send an automated text and email reminder with an arrival window and a short prep checklist. If you have booked interior work, we will ask you to clear the sills and window access areas ahead of time so we can move quickly and carefully.
Exterior Windows, Cleaned From the Ground, No Ladders Against Your Home
Standard exterior panes are cleaned with the purified water-fed pole from the ground, so there are no ladders leaning on your siding or crushing your landscaping for the everyday work. We scrub the corners and edges first, then rinse from the top down in a zigzag pattern so the purified water sheets off and dries spot-free. A lift or harness comes out only where real height calls for it, up to four stories.
Interior Windows, When You Book Them
We clean the inside too whenever it is booked. Interior panes are cleaned by hand with soap and a squeegee, or a walnut pad on stubborn buildup, and we wipe the frames and sills and leave the area tidy. The same gentle hand carries indoors to any antique or delicate panes. You can book interior and exterior together or separately, whichever suits you.
Screens and Tracks

Screen and Track Cleaning

Tracks are detailed on request; they add time to the job. We tell you the added time up front so the visit holds no surprises.
Window Cleaning Maintenance Plans
In the Florida climate, a good window cleaning tends to hold up for about three to six months before glass starts to film over again, which makes that the natural cadence for a re-clean.
